Prom Gown FAQs

Do I need an appointment to shop for prom?
Appointments are recommended to ensure dressing room availability, but walk-ins are always welcome when fitting rooms are available.

What sizes do you carry?
Our sample gowns range in size from 0–28. Sydney’s Closet is our plus size line and can order up to a size 40.

Can I order a different color or size if I don’t see what I want?
Yes! Many gowns can be special ordered in different sizes and color options, depending on designer availability and timelines.

What is your price range for prom gowns?
Our prom dresses range from $100 to $550, offering options for every style and budget.

Do you have dresses for different styles and body types?
Absolutely! We carry a wide variety of styles — from classic and elegant to trendy and bold — and we work hard to offer flattering options for all body types.

Can more than one girl from the same school buy the same dress?
To help keep each girl’s look unique, we register dresses by school whenever possible. Once a dress is registered to a school, we will not sell the same dress in the same color to another student from that school.
